The ultimate Cook and Eat Class is here! In this class you will make a British feast feasting the iconic Beef Wellington and everyone’s favourite - Sticky Toffee Pudding.
In this class you will make:
- Spinach and Cheese Filo Tartlets as starters
- Small Beef Wellingtons
- Each Beef Wellington will serve 2 people
- Each Beef Wellington will be made with around 300g of Australia tenderloin
- Red wine gravy
- All the trimmings: crispy roast potatoes, roasted carrots, Brussel sprouts
- Sticky Toffee Puddings
Please note that in order to complete all of the items in the menu, you will be assigned to small groups to work in stations dedicated to the starter, the different elements on the Beef Wellington and the side dishes. The participants will work in pairs to assemble a Beef Wellington and make the sticky toffee puddings.
After preparing all of the above, you will share and enjoy your creations in our beautiful dining room. BYOB welcome, this is a great class for a few friends to spend an evening while learning some useful recipes!
