Bánh mì, the Vietnamese baguette is famous for its shatteringly crispy crust and airy texture, it is the perfect vehicle for flavoursome fillings in the iconic street food Bánh mì sandwich. We have designed this class to show you all the tricks and tips so you can make Bánh mì at home.

While the bánh mì are baking, you will work other participants in small groups to make grilled lemon grass chicken, pickled daikon and carrots and a chilli jam for the perfect báhn mì sandwich.
You will bring home four Bánh mì, a small jar of pickled daikon and carrots, and a small container of chilli jam. Fresh herbs will be provided for you to fully assemble a sandwich to taste in class.
