There are many ways to make pizza, but we like the thin, soft crust of Neapolitan style pizza the most! Join us for a fun night for baking and eating two of the ultimate comfort food. In this class you will learn:
- how to make a 'same day' pizza dough, Neapolitan style
- how to stretch out a pizza dough (using a premade pizza dough)
- tips and tricks to bake restaurant style pizzas at home
- a classic Moelleux au Chocolat recipe (chocolate lava cake)
You will enjoy the pizza and the dessert in our dining room, you will also take home the dough you make in class for more pizzas at home! BYOB welcomed.
