In this class you will learn:

• how to form a scones dough by hand
• rolling and cutting out scones
• tips on baking the scones to get the right look

You will take home 8 scones, made with your choice of filling: dried fruits, chocolate chip or cheese. Coffee, tea will be served during this class. Jams, clotted cream will also be served with the scones that you've made.
