Spend a night with a few friends and loved ones making the ultimate comfort food - fresh pasta! In this class you will make fresh pasta from scratch and a chocolate souffle. After cooking, you will enjoy the results of your hard work in our lovely dining room.
You will learn:
- how to prepare an egg pasta dough
- how to use a pasta machine to roll out the pasta
- how to cook fresh pasta
- chocolate souffle recipe
The fresh pasta that you've made with be cooked by us and served with our special house-made pork ragu sauce and mushroom cream sauce (you will get the recipes for them too!) There will also be fresh bread and salad.
The active cooking time will be about 1.5 hours and you will have about 1 hour to enjoy the food. BYOB welcome!
