Join us in this NEW 'Cook and Eat' class to learn Learn how to make the essential elements of the ultimate a Taco party! You will learn:
- Corn Tortilla using a traditional tortilla press
- Guacamole and Salsa Verde using a traditional Molcajete (plus all the trimmings)
- Baked Churros
- Crispy Carnitas (Slow cooked pulled pork) - by demonstration, substitutions available
- Frozen Margaritas
Please note that in order to complete all of the items in the menu, you will be assigned to small groups to work in stations dedicated to each items of the menu, depending on time and the progress of the class, we will rotate the groups as much as possible to you can experience making all of the items.
After preparing all of the above, you will share and enjoy your creations in our beautiful dining room. BYOB welcome, this is a great class for a few friends to spend an evening while learning some useful recipes!
