- How to make Glazed Puff Pastry Fingers (Sfogliatine Glassate)
- How to make an apple filling for Apple Turnovers
You will take home 3 Apple Turnovers, 6-8 Palmiers and 6-8 Glazed Puff Pastry Fingers.
Please note that due to the time it takes to repeatedly chill the puff pastry dough, there will be several 15-20 minutes breaks during the class, tea/coffee and a light snack will be served.
