Fresh Egg Tagliatelli, Ravioli and Gnocchi
Elevate the humble pasta by injecting colours, flavours and style! In this class you will learn how to make fresh pasta, use different techniques to create pasta dishes that are almost too pretty to eat and comforting when you do eat them.
You will learn:

- how to choose ingredients for making fresh egg pasta
- how to colour fresh egg pasta
- how to use a pasta machine, and other shaping tools
- how to shape ravioli
- simple and delicious pasts sauces
You will have the chance to cook, plate up and taste a small portion of the fresh pasta in class, the majority of the fresh pasta you make will be packed for you to take home.
Please note that this class is different to our Dinner Club class in which time is allowed for you to enjoy the food you make in class as a meal in our dining room. We will spend the entire class to make a few types of pasta for you to take home.
