Pasta Alternatives / Vegan Sauces

We are launching a series of vegan and gluten free themed classes in new collaboration with Leeron from HolisticLee Happy. In this class Leeron will introduce to you several alternatives to wheat based egg pasta and teach you how to make several vegan pasta sauces, including pesto, Tomato Marinara and White Alfredo to go with the noodles.

At the end of the class, you will have time to enjoy the pasta and Leeron will be happy to answer any questions you have about gluten free and vegan diet.

About Leeron:

Leeron is a certified Health & Wellness Coach and a recent graduate of PlantLab (vegan culinary school by the acclaimed Matthew Kenney). Her journey of making the right dietary and nutritional choices has improved her digestive health and overall well being, she starts HolisticLee Happy to share her experience and knowledge with everyone.
