SUMMER ROLLIN' IT'S-TOO-HOT-TO-COOK MEAL PREP

Summer is here and sometimes it's just too hot to even think about turning on the stove to cook a meal. This workshop will focus on some healthy, substantial plant-based foods that will help you beat the heat throughout the day.
This is our first collaboration with, Christine Wong, a NYC Healthy Chef, freelance Food Stylist, Photographer, and Recipe Developer. She is the founder of Yommme and Instagram account@conscious_cooking (over 84K followers), platforms that celebrate plant-based eating.
In this workshop Christine will demonstrate how to prepare a Cashew Milk, Chia Pudding, and a Green Gazpacho, followed by hands-on participation to create Zoodles, Summer Rolls and some Bliss Balls. At the end of the class you will all sit down and enjoy everything that Christine and you created.
