Cranberry Scones / Cheese Scones / Olive & Onion Scones served with Rodda's Clotted Cream
There’s nothing like a tender, steaming scone for breakfast or for afternoon tea. Come learn how to make this all time British classic. In this class you will make a batch of 8-10 scones, customised with ingredients of your choice, including cranberries, raisins, olives, cheese and onions. If you are lucky you will also be able to taste as well as mix and match your creations with your classmates.
Coffee, tea will be served during this class. Jams, clotted cream will also be served with the scones that you've made.
