- pate sucree (sweet shortcrust pastry) recipe
- how to line a tart ring and blind baking a tart shell
- how to make a pastry cream
- how to make a lemon curd (by demonstration)
- how to make a Swiss Meringue (by demonstration)
- assembling and decoration

You will take home one Lemon Meringue Tart and two Custard Fruit Tart
