Traditional spiced sweet buns eaten during Easter around the world. The buns are packed full of currants and raisins and are characterised by a cross on top. In this class you will learn the basics behind making sweet bread dough, shaping the buns and decorating the tops.
We will also be teaching you how to make a moist and fluffy carrot cake muffin topped with delicious cream cheese frosting.
