Description

The second Cake Master Class brought to you by Venus Kwan Cake with more advanced and sophisticated techniques. In this class we will cover:

- Zesty orange sponge cake
- Swiss meringue buttercream and how to colour and flavour it naturally with pistachios and cinnamon
- How to correctly tort, fill and mask a layered cake
- How to make snow white, crunchy and perfectly piped meringues
- Decorate the cake with the piped meringues and fresh edible flowers (types and colours subject to availability)

You will take home a fully decorated 6-inch cake that is full of flavours and colours, along with some useful baking and decorating techniques. Please be aware that the class is time sensitive and may run over slightly depending on progress of the class.
