In the third class of our Cake Master Class series by Venus Kwan Cake, we bring to you this minimalistic and elegant Ocean Ombre Cake. Venus is taking her cake design up yet another level, in this class Venus will cover the following:
- An easy fail-proof sponge cake recipe, flavoured by coconut and lime
- Demonstration of Swiss meringue butter cream and how to colour the buttercream
- How to correctly tort, fill and mask a layered cake with a three-colour ombre effect
- How to make chocolate sails and tastefully decorate the top of your cake with the sails
You will take home a fully decorated 6-inch cake, along with some useful baking and decorating techniques. Please be aware that the class is time sensitive and may run over slightly depending on progress of the class.
