In this class you will make
Lady Earl Grey Tea Sponge Infused with Lavender Syrup / Swiss Meringue Butter Cream / French Chocolate Ganache

In our first class in collaboration with Venus Kwan Cake. You will learn how to make a delicious Earl Grey flavoured sponge cake and classic Swiss meringue butter cream. Venus will then teach you how to assemble and decorate the cake in a trendy 'naked' style topped with a decadent looking chocolate drip, spring green figs and organic lavender.

Ever wondered how you can bake a just moist enough sponge cake? How to get even layers of cake and butter cream inside a cake? What's the best buttercream to cover a cake? How do cake decorators cover their cakes with perfect straight edges and corners? You will find the answers in this class! You will go home not only with a delicious and elegant looking cake, but also a few useful tips from Venus and feeling inspired to work on more cake projects! Please be aware that the class is time sensitive and may run over slightly depending on progress of the class.
