A refreshed Autumn version of Venus' most popular cake master class.
In this class you will learn:
- Hojicha (roasted green tea) flavoured cake sponge
- Swiss meringue butter cream
- Cake assembling and masking techniques
- Making a chocolate ganache and applying the ganache to make a 'dripping' effect
- Arranging poached pears (pre-made) and decoration on top of the cake
You will take home a 6-inch cake, decorated with a chocolate drip and poached pears on top.
