Rye is an excellent healthy alternative to wheat flour. It is full of nutrients and it baked goods with complex flavours, however due to its low gluten content, baking with rye can be quite daunting!

- how to make a easily digestible 35% Rye Sourdough, filled with walnut and raisins
- how to create and maintain a rye sourdough starter
- how to use the discard of rye sourdough starter to make rye crispbread
You will take home a loaf of delicious rye bread, a starter for you to take home to bake more loaves and some flavourful crsipbread. You will also taste a chocolate rye brownies made by us.
