In this class you will learn every important details about making the perfect bagel, including the type of flour, yeast, fermentation time and shaping techniques. We will bake the bagels using traditional bagel boards which will ensure full and round bagels every time!
While the bagels are baking, you will also make your own flavoured cream cheese spread to take home and enjoy with your bagels.
