In this class you will learn unique recipes and techniques including:
- The method to make sweet-crust pastry from scratch and mould dough into tarts
- The process to make almond frangipane
- Preparation of banana caramel sauce & soft chocolate ganache (demonstration)
- How to make chocolate & strawberry rose whipped cream
- The art of assembling your tarts for a professional finish
The class includes a break with a light snack and coffee/ tea. You will be taking home 2 banoffee tarts and 2 strawberry tarts
