The irresistible combination of a shatteringly crispy crust, sea salt and a buttery crumb, it's no wonder why 'Shio Pan' (translation: Salt Bread) has become such a popular trend. We are excited to show you how you can make them at home in this new class.

In this class, you will learn how to: 

  • Using a preferment to enhance the quality of your bread
  • How to prepare a bread dough using a stand mixer (two students will share a machine)
  • Tips on fermenting a bread dough at home
  • How to shape 'Shio Pan'
  • How to create a crispy crust
  • How to store and re-heat baked Shio Pan

You will take home FOUR original Shio Pan rolls and FOUR Squid Ink Shio Pan Rolls. Due to the long fermentation time (good bread takes time!) This class will be THREE hours long.
