This class is what we’d like to called Middle Eastern Fusion. First, we’ll be learning the art of making traditional vegetarian stuffed vine leaves. For protein, because every healthy meal must have a good balance of all three macronutrients, we’ll be making Iranian Pistachio crusted Salmon. Zaa’tar Roasted carrots will be our side dish and in an effort to avoid food waste, we’ll utilize to carrot tops to make a herby, tangy pesto. Finally quick, gluten-free tahini date cookies to end the class on a sweet note. 

At the end of the class you will have time to enjoy all of your creations in our dining room. This is a great class for people who want to explore the world of Middle Eastern food, you will be surprised how easy and flavourful these recipes are!
