Junior Baker CNY Camp
A 3-day culinary experience, two dishes per day
10am to 12:30pm for 6-9yo / 2:30pm to 5pm for 9+yo
Junior Baker Camp will be back during the Chinese New Year break.
The camp will take place on January 25, 26 and 27 (three days in total).
The morning session (10:00am to 12:30pm) is suitable for kids aged 6-9, the afternoon session (2:30pm to 5:00pm) is suitable for kids aged 9+, please select accordingly.
The menu will be finalised soon, expect three days of Asian/Chinese inspired dishes!
- Day 1: Bunny Sausage Buns and Linzer Cookies
- Day 2: Handmade Egg Noodles and Pão de Queijo (麻糬波波)
- Day 3: Steamed Dumplings and Pineapple Cakes (鳳梨酥)
At the end of the week, participants will receive a folder of recipes they learned during the week.
