Join us for the first time as we offer an immersive class dedicated to the Galette des Rois, the celebrated puff pastry cake of Epiphany. Discover the techniques behind this golden, flaky dessert steeped in French tradition.
In this class you will learn unique recipes and techniques including:
- The method to make classic puff pastry from scratch through lamination
- How to prepare a creamy almond frangipane filling
- The art of assembling and sealing the galette with the traditional fève trinket inside
The class includes a break with a light snack and coffee/tea. You will be taking home your own beautifully baked Galette des Rois, and a crown, ready for your own king or queen this season.
