Christmas is the season of gifting and what's better than giving someone special (or yourself!) a box of handmade treats? We have selected three fun to make and delicious treats in this Christmas Gift Box class, in this class you will make:

• Mince Pies, a British Christmas staple, with a rich shortcrust pastry, scrumptious homemade mincemeat and topped with a buttery Viennese whirl. We will make them bite size so you won't feel guilty eating too many of them!
• Speculaas, a spiced shortcrust biscuit originated from the Netherlands, using traditional wooden moulds (by demonstration, you will make the biscuits with a pre-made dough)
• Chestnut Madeleines, tender bite size cakes with a cozy chestnut flavour, baked in the cutest chestnut mould!

You will take home six mini Mince Pies, six Chestnut Madeleines and five to six pieces of Speculaas. A gift box will be provided for you to pack up most of the goodies, please bring along a containers to bring home the extras.
