Get into the Christmas spirit by making your own gingerbread cookies this year, join us for an afternoon/evening of baking, decorating, mulled wine and Christmas carols. 

In this class you will learn:

• our classic gingerbread cookie recipe
• how to make royal icing
• how to colour royal icing and adjust its consistency for different decorating techniques
• basic royal icing decorating techniques 

You will take home a box of 10-12 decorated gingerbread cookies. 

Please note: 

You will be working with another participants to make the gingerbread dough as a pair, if you are planning to attend with a child, we recommend you book two spots so you can work with the child together.
