Learn how to make THREE unique treats in one class, a great Valentine's Day gift and perfect for sharing with friends and family during Chinese New Year. In this class you will learn: 

• Hazelnut Truffles - inspired by the iconic Ferrero Rocher, learn how to make a version with homemade Gianduja, coated with chocolate and chopped hazelnut. The truffles will be wrapped in gold foil to complete the iconic look, they are truly so much fun to make!
• Pretzel Biscuits - the ever so moreish and cute savoury snack can be easily made at home, make them extra special by coating them in chocolate, nuts and freeze dried fruits!
• Horseshoe Cookies - crunchy buttery cookies in the shape of a horseshoe for the year of the Horse, yes we are about symbolism as much as taste. 

You will take home at least 8-10 pieces of each item, a gift box will be provided to pack up some of the products, please bring a container to bring home the products that won't fit in the gift box.
